A tiny island with a church in the middle of emerald-green water, a castle sitting high on a cliff, and mountains surrounding it all, it almost doesn't look real. I'll admit, I wondered if it would live up to the hype. It did! But here's the thing... Before visiting, I thought Lake Bled was somewhere you'd stop for a couple of hours, walk around the lake, take a few photos, and move on. I couldn't have been more wrong.
